BotanicLab is committed to delivering healthy, high-quality plants to your South Delhi doorstep. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds for plant orders.

1. Damaged Plants on Delivery

If your plant arrives damaged due to transit issues, please photograph the damage and WhatsApp us at +91 855 558 6994 within 24 hours of delivery. BotanicLab will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.

2. Wrong Plant Delivered

If you receive a plant different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. BotanicLab will arrange collection and delivery of the correct plant at no additional cost.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer.
